Scarlett turns two!

Erin had to go to girl's camp and needed a babysitter so Jack and I went up to party with the Dudley girls. A big shout out to Tannis because she did most of the work before I got there! Sisters are just the greatest!
We started out with some morning snuggles and the girls taught Jack about being a princess.

Ate some dry oatmeal in our swimsuits

Hit up the park. 

 Nobody wanted to walk home so we had to turn the double stroller into a triple. I think I am getting my money's worth on this thing!

Jack slept in the laundry room but of course the girls found him in there too! Haha they just love him til it hurts. Seriously though, cousins are the greatest and I definitely would change anything. Jack was always entertained and Scarlett made certain he always had his soother. 

The next day we celebrated this little cuties 2nd birthday! For such a little girl Scarlett has a lot of spunk and no fear. She will climb anything and loves to live on the edge. It is funny to watch her push Q-tips buttons. This little girl can definitely hold her own!

In honour of Scar's birthday we hit up the swimming pool. 

 Jack had fun but eventually fell asleep in the sling. It is hard work to party when you choose to not sleep at nap time!

That evening we had pizza and cake and opened presents. Poor Quinn had a hard time with the whole birthday concept. She was pretty certain that she never has birthdays and that when it is her birthday she plans on not sharing. It was fun to watch Scar open all of her new toys! She was pretty excited and proud of everything. She went and threw everything in her crib to keep it all safe. 

The next day to round off all the fun we played in the water table and just enjoyed the sunshine. 

 Jack loves water and thought this was pretty great! His cousins were awesome and played with him in the water.

The best part of birthdays is enjoying the leftover cake and of course Aunts say yes when the two year old asks for it for breakfast!

The day after Scar's birthday is 7-11's birthday! I am a true 7-11 fan! I have the app and every Friday they give you something free! It is magical. I try to find one on every trip I go on. You get a free small slurpee and then with the app they also give you something free for the rest of the week! It is great. Definitely one of my favourite weeks. Thanks Tannis for coming with me. This day just can't be missed.
