You are a beautiful dolphin

A little while ago I was complaining to Tim that I was fat and felt like a whale! He replied, "No, you are just a beautiful dolphin!" I sure do love Tim and how he makes me laugh. Here is an update on pregnancy so far:
21 weeks

26 weeks
Yes. That is a maternity top and I absolutely love it! I also picked up those sweet leggings at American Eagle. I justified it by saying that because they are stretchy they are practically maternity pants!

At work one night I found pants on the isolation cart. After dying laughing I had to put them and model them around the unit. Due to the hole in the waist line the girls at decided that they would make excellent modest birthing pants. Haha I would hate to seduce somebody with my thighs during labour. After all, modest is hottest!
No diabetes for this girl. This makes me happy because I do not want a gigantic baby. I thought that the point of having an Asian baby. Just cute and little! Tim keeps reminding me that our children will only be 1/4 Asian but I really hope they get some beautiful Asian features!
Me and baby got our flu shot. Don't forget to get yours. Also I am still 26 weeks in this photo.
I am going to Idaho in a few weeks so Tim and I did some serious online shopping one night. I bought a cute diaper bag while Tim was buying books. Our baby is going to be a smarty pants because of Tim. We are starting to get really excited. I can't believe how fast January is coming but yet still so far away.

E-town night race

Tim was dying to hang out with his bestie Tyler Dudley so we hit the road for a weekend of fun in Edmonton. We got there late Friday night so after a quick hot tub we went to bed.
On a side note: Tim working full time is really cramping my style. Normally we can leave good and early and he would be all rested so he could drive the entire way. It was strange having to wait around for him. But I am really grateful he has so much success with painting and being a bank teller (or as he refers to himself a CSR- customer service representative) at TD has taught him a lot!
In the morning the boys ditched for a rousing round of golf. The girls hit up the dog park.

On the way home we stopped for slurpees! I let scar hold her own. She was in heaven. 1 year olds are trustworthy with a slurpee right...
We ditched the kids with the boys and hit up West Ed for some delicious caramel apples. Tannis even made an appearance at this point. It was super fun to hang out with my sisters. I am really looking forward to Idaho in a couple weeks.
By the time supper rolled around we were pretty tired so we hit up Boston Pizza. Scarlett does restaurants like a boss. But seriously how cute is this kid!
After the kids went to bed Tyler, Erin and Tim suited up for the 10 km night race!! They got sweet head lamps and super bright shirts. Tim ran the race like a boss. He placed 24th out of 506 racers!!! There was lots of elevation change and running in the dark on gravel wouldn't have been easy. I am proud that he is getting faster and faster with all of his weight loss!

The next day we went to church and just enjoyed some family time. We managed to turn off football for a brief hour and enjoy the park. I am sure going to miss the sunshine!
